pcb production
At DeviceDevs, we excel in providing top-notch PCB production services. We collaborate with several PCB production facilities to offer cost-effective solutions tailored to your specific needs. Our services range from manufacturing simple 2-layer PCBs to high-density and exotic PCBs, including assembly services.
 Microwave PCBs
Microwave printed circuit boards possess a unique characteristic of handling a wide range of high-frequency signals distributed through strip lines of transmissions. Their design demands special parameters for dielectrics and precise manufacturing of print pattern elements. In the production process, we utilize high-frequency laminates reinforced by glass fiber polymer and ceramic thermoset laminates, ensuring minimal dielectric losses and a wide range of dielectric coefficients.
 Flexible, Rigid-Flexible PCBs
Flexible circuit boards, including flat flexible cables, offer significant advantages over traditional wired cables in complex devices. With up to 8 layers, they reduce assembly costs and facilitate the connection of different connectors and components in various locations within 3D designs. Core materials include low-thickness polyimide films and PET.
 Metal Core PCBs
Metal core printed circuit boards feature a thick metal plate (such as Al, Cu, Fe) and a thin dielectric with high thermal conductivity, enhancing overall heat dissipation and facilitating attachment to heat sinks.
 Impedance Controlled PCBs
Impedance controlled printed circuit boards are crafted from materials with stable parameters. Special attention is given to the board’s stack-up and route patterns of transmission lines, minimizing signal losses and ensuring high-speed data transmission.
 Backplane PCBs
Backplanes are large-sized multilayer printed circuit boards with over 20 layers and high thickness. Their structure includes a thick copper foil, power bus, high-speed, and impedance control layers. Backplanes can accommodate holes for press-fit connectors and employ special technology for back drilling holes.
 Planar Transformers
Utilizing planar transformers minimizes device size and enhances design reliability. In their manufacturing, dielectrics with high breakdown voltage and thick foil are employed to maintain high currents and interlayer insulation.
